One paid plan
The sheets are free forever, worked figures and all. Runsheetly Pro is the board behind them: every truck and driver, every load with its pickup and delivery, every stop with its window, who is assigned to what, and where each one is now, from assigned to en route to delivered to exception. It is one plan at one price for the whole fleet, and it exports whenever you ask.

Runsheetly Pro is $59 per month for your whole fleet, billed monthly, and renews each month at that price until you cancel. The price and the renewal date are shown before you check out and on every receipt. Cancel from your account page in one click, no email and no phone call required. Your plan runs to the end of the paid month and does not renew; your board stays exportable until then.
Should you just buy a TMS or a telematics platform?
If you need load tendering, EDI with your shippers, IFTA reporting, ELD compliance and GPS on every truck, a transportation management system or a telematics platform is the product, and it is priced per truck with a term. If what you are missing is the run sheet, the board and the roster, that is what Runsheetly keeps.
No TMS or telematics tier is compared feature for feature here, deliberately: those platforms are priced per truck on term contracts with hardware, so a figure read today is not the figure a fleet would pay. The comparison is what each product is, not a price table.
