Runsheetly is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

What you type into a sheet stays on the page unless you save it to an account. If you enquire or subscribe we collect your name, email, company, what you told us about your fleet, and the account and billing records the subscription needs. Driver and load records you keep in Pro are yours and are held only to run your account.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor: you buy from us and your data stays with us and our processors (hosting, payments, email). We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to a broker, a load board or a lead buyer.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@runsheetly.com. We respond within one month.
